Terms and Conditions

1. About Hop And Go

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including the rental of electric bicycles, electric scooters, stand-up boards, child chair etc. (collectively referred to as ”equipment”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

2. General Conditions
2.1 Customers must be over 18 or accompanied by a legal guardian.

2.2 Users are fully responsible for the vehicle during the rental period.

2.3 Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Bookings can be made online or on-site.

3.2 Full payment is required before the rental begins on site.

3.3 A deposit can be requested for rentals via WhatsApp.

4. Rental period and time calculation

4.1 The rental period commences at the agreed-upon start time specified in the reservation, regardless of the actual time the equipment is collected by the customer.

4.2 The rental period concludes at the predetermined end time as stipulated in the rental agreement. Failure to return the equipment by the designated end time will result in additional charges, calculated based on the originally agreed rental duration.

4.3 Delays in equipment collection do not extend the rental period or adjust the applicable fees.

5. Cancellation and Refund
5.1 Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are fully refundable.

5.2 Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

5.3 In case of bad weather, rescheduling is allowed free of charge.

6. Responsibility and Damage
6.1 The customer is liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental service.

6.2 In case of loss or theft, the full replacement value will be charged.

6.3 The customer understands that it is extremely important to keep the equipment (ebike or escooter) locked in public spaces with the lock that will be provided.

7. Return
7.1 Equipments must be returned at the agreed time and location: Kresimirova Obala 20 – Diklo.

7.2 Late returns will incur additional charges.

8. Legal Provisions
8.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

8.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zadar.
